Sisterna® EZ Base combines sucrose ester emulsifiers with fatty alcohols, fatty acids and hydrocolloids in one easy-to-use emulsifying system. Designed to simplify formulation and processing, EZ Base offers a convenient alternative to working with multiple individual ingredients.

Each method has its own characteristics. - you can add the sucrose esters to the oil phase, - to the water phase - or you can make a emulsion with the one pot method
